Birce D. is currently working as the CX Customer Activation Unit Manager at Borusan Otomotiv since July 2019. Previously, Birce had experience as a CX Customer Activation Project Manager at Şekerbank T.A.Ş. from October 2014 to June 2019. Prior to that, Birce worked as a Retail Banking Customer Segment Marketing Manager at Akbank from September 2010 to September 2013. With a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bilkent University and additional education at Bahcesehir University, Birce has a strong background in marketing and project management within the banking and automotive industries.
