Jerry Kim

Jerry Kim is a seasoned Physical Design Engineer with extensive experience in semiconductor design and engineering. Currently with BOS Semiconductors since July 2023, Jerry is focused on NPU hardening. Prior roles include leading the Programme Management team and serving as General Manager at 코아시아세미 (CoAsia SEMI) from October 2019 to January 2023, and holding the title of Global Design Centre Leader. Jerry's expertise extends back to positions such as Principal Physical Design Engineer at Eguru, where responsibilities included supporting Samsung HQ and designing HBM2 PHY IP on a 7nm process. Previous experience also includes roles at Marvell Semiconductor, Arm, and Samsung Electronics, where Jerry contributed to projects involving physical design processes, including hardening ARM cores and developing backend engineering layouts. Jerry holds a degree from Inha University.
