Navin Ap has over 27 years of work experience, primarily with Bosch. Navin started their career in 1992 as a Process Engineer at Bosch India and held various roles such as Project Manager, Head of Manufacturing, and Value Stream Manager. In 2019, they joined Bosch Engineering and Production Services as the Head of Project Management.

Navin Ap completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut in 1992.
