Lourdes Badaracco

Lourdes Badaracco is an experienced professional with a background in electrical engineering and manufacturing process engineering. With experience in both academic research and industrial settings, Lourdes has a strong foundation in project management, lean initiatives, and problem-solving. Currently working as a Manufacturing Process Engineer at Bosch Heating and Cooling, North America, Lourdes drives continuous improvement workshops, coordinates projects using Project Management methodologies, and works closely with management and finance to analyze cost-saving opportunities. Lourdes is also pursuing a Master of Science in Analytics at Georgia Institute of Technology to further enhance their skill set.
