Happy Hesa has extensive experience in eCommerce and marketing communications, primarily with Bosch since 2013. Currently serving as eCommerce and Marketing Communication specialist, Happy is responsible for planning and implementing sales activities for online platforms and enhancing the online sales process. In a previous role at Bosch Indonesia, Happy managed digital brand awareness and user engagement across various online channels. Prior experience includes increasing brand visibility in traditional trade and executing marketing events and communications materials. Happy also contributed to digital strategies at kolibrii by creating social media content. Happy holds a Bachelor's degree in corporate communication from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
