Yokesum Lim

YokeSum Lim is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Bosch Malaysia since September 2022, YokeSum manages HR operations and employee relations for the company. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Henkel, where oversight was provided for a workforce of approximately 300 employees, alongside union negotiations and performance management duties.
