Felix Mattes

Felix Mattes is currently the Senior Design Manager and Head of Center of Competence Design at Bosch Power Tools. Prior to this role, Mattes worked at companies like Phoenix Design, Schweizer Design Consulting, and sieger design GmbH & Co. KG, gaining experience in design management and product design. Mattes holds a Master of Business Administration in Sustainable Management from Leuphana University of Lüneburg and a Diplom-Designer in Industrial Design from Pforzheim University. Additionally, Felix completed an exchange semester in Industrial Design at the National Institute of Design.
