Marie Günther

Marie Günther has extensive experience in various HR roles. Marie is currently serving as the Head of HR at Bosch Service Solutions since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Raytheon Technologies as a Senior HR Business Partner - EMEA from 2017 to 2022. Marie also held the position of Manager Business Transformation & Change Management at Sanofi for a brief period in 2017. Before that, Marie worked as an HR Business Partner Corporate Functions at Peugeot Citroen Deutschland GmbH from 2010 to 2017. Marie has also served as an HR Manager at NewMark Finanzkommunikation GmbH from 2007 to 2009. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Recruiting & Project Management professional at PP Personality GmbH, a Senior Customer Service Agent at Swiss International Air Lines, and a Consultant at Lufthansa.

Marie Günther earned a Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources and Labour Law from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences from 2003 to 2008. Marie also obtained certification as a systemic Coach from Schwertl und Partner GmbH in 2011-2012. In 2022-2023, Marie pursued further education in Positive Psychology, becoming a certified Level I user from Deutsche Gesellschaft für Positive Psychologie and obtaining a Diplom in Positive Psychologie from Deutsche Hochschule für Gesundheit und Sport.
