Ognjen Pejović

Ognjen Pejović is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Bosch Digital, Ognjen oversees a location of over 200 engineers and is responsible for cross-functional software development teams, driving digital and agile transformation initiatives. As a co-founder of APureMind, Ognjen also contributes to the tech landscape. Previous roles include Agile Coach and Scrum Master at Bosch Power Tools, where Ognjen led change management activities and facilitated agile practices. Ognjen holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Organization with a focus on Big Data and Business Intelligence, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Belgrade.
