Marlo Custodio has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They are currently working as the Director of Content Marketing at Bosley, where they oversee the development and execution of content initiatives to engage the target audience. Prior to this, Marlo was the Founder and Video Creative Partner at NEEBA, a video agency specializing in next-gen storytelling formats. They also worked as a Multimedia Producer at De Anza College, where they managed video production and social media content creation. Additionally, Marlo has experience as a Film Director & Cinematographer at BAMN SQUAD, where they directed and edited music videos. They have also held positions as a Digital Arts Program Coordinator at the City of San José, a Student Lead Coordinator at the Vasconcellos Institute for Democracy in Action, a Video Journalist & Community Advocate at Silicon Valley De-Bug, and a Student Body President at Foothill-De Anza Community College District.

Marlo Custodio's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Film and Digital Media with a concentration on Production from the University of California, Santa Cruz. This degree was obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to this, Marlo attended De Anza College from 2008 to 2011, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree with an emphasis on Behavioral Sciences.
