Steven Fredwell

Steven Fredwell, MBA, CSSGB began their career at Bosma Enterprises in 2008 as a Commercial Business Development Manager & SDVOSB Management Liaison. Steven then moved on to the role of Senior Director of Sales and Customer Service in 2011, overseeing all sales and customer service activities. In 2014, they advanced to the position of Vice President of Government Sales, responsible for providing scalable business solutions from contract packaging to light manufacturing. In August 2022, Steven retired after years of impactful work in the industry.

Steven Fredwell holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Management and HR Management from Indiana University Indianapolis, obtained between 1991 and 1996. Steven went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Finance and Leadership from Butler University, completed between 1999 and 2003. In 2018, Steven earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (CSSGB) from Purdue University.
