Quentin Loth has a diverse and extensive work experience. Quentin currently works at Bosque Foods as the Head of Production, where they focus on scaling the production of their base ingredient, mycelium, for alt-meat products. Prior to this, they were the Head of Production at Made of Air GmbH, where they led the production of carbon-negative facade panels for Audi AG. Quentin also worked as a Design Engineer at Pentatonic, a circular furniture company, and as a Project Manager at TechShop - Ateliers Leroy Merlin, where they launched Europe's largest maker-space. Additionally, Quentin had internships at Brasseries STAR Madagascar and GRUNDFOS France, and worked as an Operator at Groupe SOTRALENTZ, gaining experience in maintenance, engineering, and production management.
Quentin Loth completed their education chronologically as follows: From 2008 to 2011, they attended Lycée Jean de Pange and obtained their Baccalauréat degree in the scientific field. Continuing their education, Quentin enrolled in Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers and ICAM from 2011 to 2016, where they pursued a Master's degree (Master 2) in Industrial Engineering and Ingénierie / gestion industrielle, respectively.
