Doug Stone

Doug Stone is an experienced professional with a strong background in lean management and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Lean Manager at BOSS SNOWPLOW since February 2023, Doug previously held the position of CI Engineer at Sargento Foods Inc. from July 2019 to February 2023. Before that, Doug was Lean Manager at Wacker Neuson Corporation and led World Class Manufacturing initiatives at CNH Industrial from March 2006 to May 2016, where responsibilities included global people development and various problem-solving methodologies. Doug's earlier roles include Performance Management Analyst and LeanSigma Transformation at QuadTech and Training Manager in the United States Air Force from 1983 to 1998. Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems from Ottawa University and several associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force.
