Jason Haelterman

Jason Haelterman has extensive experience in manufacturing, particularly in the operation and management of CNC machinery. Since June 2014, Jason has held various roles at BOSS SNOWPLOW, progressing from Machine Operator to Manufacturing Supervisor, Lean Analyst, and currently Manufacturing Manager, where responsibilities include programming and operating CNC machines, maintaining quality and safety standards, and overseeing equipment maintenance. Prior to this position, Jason worked as a CNC Machinist at Haynes Corporation from August 2010 to May 2014, focusing on planning machining operations based on technical documents and programming machinery. Jason obtained an Associate’s Degree in Manufacturing Operations Management from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College between 2016 and 2018 and completed secondary education at Detroit Catholic Central High School from 1998 to 2002.
