Remo Hauser

Remo Hauser has a diverse range of work experience, beginning with their most recent role as Head of Human Resources and Member of the Executive Management at Bossard Group since 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director and Head of Employee Experience & Recruitment, Human Resources at Swiss International Air Lines from 2017 to 2021. During their time there, they led a team of 20 HR professionals and played a key role in implementing strategic HR initiatives. Hauser also served as the HR Development & Digital Transformation Lead at Andermatt Swiss Alps in 2020-2021. Before these roles, they worked at Lufthansa Group as a Senior Manager Cross-functional Commercial Projects in 2016, and at Swiss International Air Lines in various capacities including Manager Performance Management, Fleet Development & Strategic Projects, and as a General Management Trainee. Their early career experiences include working as a Management Consultant at Kearney and as a Senior Lieutenant in the Swiss Air Force.

Remo Hauser's education history includes an Executive MBA from IMD in 2020-2021, a Master of Arts in Business Innovation from the University of St.Gallen in 2009-2011, a MBA class University exchange semester from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2011, a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Management from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW in 2006-2009, and a University exchange semester from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2008.
