Danielle S.

Danielle S. is an experienced librarian currently serving as the Acquisitions & Serials Librarian at the Boston Athenæum since June 2023. Previously, Danielle worked as a Volunteer Copy Cataloger for the Bergen County Cooperative Library System (BCCLS), where complex copy cataloging was performed as part of a project to enhance DVD/Blu-ray records. Danielle also dedicated over 14 years as the Young Adult Librarian at The Cliffside Park Public Library, contributing to the development of a core eBook collection and improving the Children's Room collection. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Information and Library Science from Pratt Institute, a Digital Asset Management certification from Rutgers University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Professional Writing from The College of New Jersey.
