Rebecca Mitlin

Rebecca Mitlin is a Human Resources Operations Specialist at Boston Ballet, a position held since January 2023. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Academics & DEI and Assistant to the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Chair at Tri Sigma National Sorority from January 2021 to December 2022, as well as a Learning & Development Intern at Amazon Global Robotics during the summer of 2022. Additional roles include Internship Coordinator, Human Resources Specialist, and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Dweebs Global from March 2021 to April 2022. Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in December 2022, and previously attended the University of New Hampshire and Swampscott High School, from which a high school diploma was obtained in June 2019.
