Kavitha Hobson

Kavitha Hobson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and human resources. Currently serving as the Workforce Planning, Salaries & Benefits Manager and HR Operations Project Lead at The Boston Beer Company since March 2015, Kavitha has also held the position of Financial Analyst in the same organization. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Decision Support Analyst and Senior Financial Analyst at The Boston Consulting Group from July 2009 to February 2015, along with an internship in finance and treasury assistance at the same firm in 2008.
