Sarah Radka

Sarah Radka, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Sarah currently serves as a Supply Chain Transformation - Project and Process Lead at The Boston Beer Company, where they began in December 2020. Prior to this, Sarah was the Director of Operations at Kilo Kai from September 2019 to March 2020.

From 2015 to 2019, Sarah worked at Constellation Brands in various roles. These include being a Supply Chain Project Lead- Procure to Pay, Director of NPD Operations, and Project Manager for New Product Development, where they led project management and risk assessment metrics for new products, packaging changes, and line extension projects. Sarah also acted as a key partner in Winemaking and Innovation business processes.

Before joining Constellation Brands, Sarah worked as a Senior Business Consultant at Perficient from January 2013 to August 2015. Sarah successfully managed and led a full-suite software implementation project for a large healthcare institute.

Sarah's earlier experiences include working as a Project Manager at Merge Healthcare from November 2011 to January 2013, where they oversaw the management and direction of internal and external project teams for clinical PACS projects. Sarah also worked at Northwestern Memorial Hospital as a Media Relations Coordinator from December 2001 to May 2004, facilitating interviews and acting as a key liaison between the hospital and the press.

Sarah Radka, MBA has a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management and Marketing from Syracuse University, which they obtained from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, they completed the WSET Level 2 certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in 2017. Sarah also holds the California Wine Appellation Specialist certification from the San Francisco Wine School.
