Joel Reider

Joel Reider currently serves as the Senior Exhibit Designer at Boston Children's Museum, a position held since March 2023, following a role as Director of Exhibit Design at the same institution. Previous experience includes work as a Designer at Arrowstreet Graphic Design from April 2006 to October 2008, and as an Exhibit Graphic Designer at Christopher Chadbourne Associates from 2004 to 2006, where collaboration on large museum exhibit projects was a key focus. Prior to these roles, Joel worked as an Environmental Graphic Designer at Wojciechowski Design from 2001 to 2004, managing production of signage and wayfinding programs for various architectural projects. Academic achievements include a Master of Fine Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor's degree in Humanities from the University of California, Berkeley, complemented by additional education at Massachusetts College of Art and Design, Rhode Island School of Design, and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts.
