Nancy Spady

Nancy Spady is a seasoned finance professional with significant experience in investment analysis and financial management. Currently serving as a Board Member at Boston Common Asset Management since 2004, Nancy holds the role of Board Secretary and Partnership Representative for tax matters while also being a member of the Audit Committee. Previously, Nancy worked as Chief Financial Officer at the same firm, overseeing the transition to audited GAAP financials and partnership tax filings. Nancy's earlier roles include Managing Director, where leadership in finance, administration, HR, and operations was emphasized, as well as an Investment Analyst at North Star Investments, focusing on real estate debt and private equity. Additionally, Nancy held key positions at Lincoln Capital Management as a Buy-Side Analyst and at major firms like Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley, and PaineWebber as a Sell-Side Equity Research Analyst. Nancy earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Swarthmore College.
