Jason Fiorillo

Jason Fiorillo is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and corporate law. Currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, and Secretary at Boston Dynamics since September 2019, Jason leads a team focused on legal, compliance, CFIUS, safety, and intellectual property issues. Prior to this role, Jason held various positions at Analog Devices from January 2007 to May 2019, culminating in the role of Vice President of Intellectual Property and Commercial Matters. Jason also served as Vice President and General Counsel at Lanai Lights and held associate and senior associate roles at prominent law firms including K&L Gates, Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, Knobbe Martens, Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. Jason holds a Juris Doctor degree from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as additional studies at Harvard University.
