Margo Jagiello

Margo Jagiello has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Margo is currently the Head of Technician Development and Retention at Boston Energy, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to that, Margo worked as the UK Business Lead at Boston Energy from January 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining Boston Energy, Margo served as a Resourcing Manager at GEV Group, a turbine maintenance company, from January 2018 to January 2021. Margo was responsible for delivering maintenance solutions and reducing clients' cost of ownership.

Prior to their time at GEV Group, Margo held various positions at Edwards & Pearce. Margo was the Divisional Manager - Food Manufacturing from January 2015 to January 2018, the Food Recruitment Team Leader from January 2014 to January 2015, the Senior Recruitment Consultant from September 2013 to January 2014, and the Food Recruitment Consultant from January 2011 to September 2013.

Margo's career started at EPCGlobal, where they worked as a Specialist Recruitment Consultant from January 2007 to March 2011. Before that, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Work Express from October 2005 to January 2007.

Margo'searliest work experience can be traced back to the Young Explorers Society, where they served as a Program Manager from 2001 to 2005.

Margo Jagiello has a diverse educational background. Margo completed their Master's degree in the Department of Education and Psychology at the University of Silesia, Poland from 1996 to 2001. Margo further pursued their education by completing a Post Graduate degree in Administration and Management at the same university in 2000-2001. In 2008-2009, Margo acquired a Diploma in Public Service Interpreting from the United Kingdom, specializing in English - Polish Interpreting.

Margo also attended Diablo Valley College in California, USA in 1997-1998, where they studied English. In terms of professional development, Margo obtained a CIPD Level 3 certification in Human Resources Development from East Riding College in 2020. Margo also completed a course in Improving Project Performance at Cranfield School of Management by 2018.

Recently, in 2021, Margo expanded their knowledge by attending MHFA England for Mental Health First Aider training. Additionally, they completed a course in IOSH Managing Safely at DN North Lindsey College, focusing on Health and Safety. Overall, Margo's education history reflects a commitment to continuous learning and skill enhancement in various fields.
