Steve Shaykin

Steve Shaykin has extensive experience in the real estate investment industry, with roles in various companies. Steve currently works as the First Vice President - Capital Transactions at Boston Financial Investment Management, where they lead multifamily dispositions and develops strategies for the investor's portfolio. Steve also founded Trinity Investments Group, LLC, where they underwrote potential investments and managed the residential rental properties portfolio. Previously, they worked at Enterprise Community Investment, Inc. as the Manager of Asset Resolution and Dispositions, disposing of limited partner interests and overseeing assets through strategic tactics. Steve also served as an Asset Resolution Manager and Senior Analyst at National Equity Fund, Inc. and as an Acquisitions Associate and Analyst at Waypoint Homes, where they acquired assets, managed investors, and presented to senior leadership. Additionally, Steve is a Board Member at Interfaith Housing Development Corporation.

Steve Shaykin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Sciences from Illinois State University from 2006 to 2010. Steve later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Accounting at Benedictine University from 2015 to 2017.
