John Nolen

John Nolen has a diverse career history with experience in various leadership roles. John began their career in 1992 as an Executive Officer at the New England Center for Homeless Veterans, where they worked until 2004. Following this, they served as the CEO of Scollay Square Investigations, Inc from 2004 to 2012. John then held the position of CEO at Boston Harbor Enterprises, LLC from 2012, and concurrently served as the Director of Security and Life Safety at Synergy Investments, starting in October 2012.

John Nolen has a diverse education history. John first attended UMass Boston from 1987 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies, General. Subsequently, in 1999, they enrolled at New England Maritime and earned a Masters License in Maritime Studies, which allowed him to operate motor and sailing vessels up to 100 gross tons. In the same year, they also pursued a Master's Degree in Psychology at Harvard University, completing it in 2001. Additionally, John obtained a certification as a Master of motor and sailing vessels up to 100 gross tons from the U.S. Coast Guard in March 1999.
