John Brooks

John Brooks has extensive experience in management and operations within the food service industry and community organizations. Currently serving as General Manager at Boston Market since May 1995, John has previously held significant roles, including Commissioner at Pleasantville Fire District from December 1997 to December 2016, where responsibilities included administrative management of the fire department. John's entrepreneurial experience includes owning Brooksies Bite and Bottle from February 1980 to May 1994 and managing food and beverage operations at Putnam Golf Club for a year. Additional experience includes serving as a Board Member for Pleasantville Chamber of Commerce and General Manager at Howard Johnsons in the early 1980s. John holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Ashland University, earned between 1976 and 1980.
