Guy Criscenzo has over 20 years of experience in the engineering field. In 1999, they began their career as an Electronics Engineer Contractor at Analog Devices. Guy then moved on to Instrumentation Laboratory in 2001, where they held the position of Senior Systems Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for the development of the system architecture of two new products, as well as leading the generation and release of system requirements. Guy also developed a system error budget model and led a team to improve system robustness. In 2014, they joined Fractyl Laboratories Inc. as a Senior Systems Engineer. In 2016, they were hired as a Senior Systems Engineer and Manager at SCIEX. In this role, they were the technical lead for the design and development of concept breadboards for capability readiness level growth. Lastly, in 2020, they joined Boston Metal as a Model-based Systems Engineer and Team Lead. In this role, they were responsible for applying model-based systems engineering methodology and tools to create, maintain, and refine a "single source of truth" system model of the Molten Oxide Electrolysis (MOE) plant.
Guy Criscenzo received their SDM from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2009, their EE from the Wentworth Institute of Technology in 1996, and attended Dale Carnegie.
