Zeshawn Beg has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Zeshawn started their career as an Audit Intern at Plante & Moran in 2003. Zeshawn then joined General Electric (GE) as an FMP Associate and later became a Lead Financial Analyst. During their time at GE, Zeshawn completed four rotational assignments and received management awards for process improvements. In 2008, they pursued a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at Harvard Business School, specializing in Accounting & Management. Zeshawn conducted research on managerial accounting topics and served as a teaching fellow and instructor for various HBS programs. Zeshawn also taught at Northeastern University, Cornell University, and Quinnipiac University, where they taught courses in managerial accounting, cost accounting, and strategic management control systems. Currently, Zeshawn works as the co-founder and the Chief Operating & Financial Officer of Boston Oncology, LLC. In this role, they oversee financial planning and analysis, supply chain, organizational design, and business development.

Zeshawn Beg has a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree in Accounting & Management from Harvard Business School, obtained from 2008 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, Zeshawn Beg holds a certification as a Certified Management Accountant from the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).
