Jim Condon has a diverse work experience spanning from 1996 to the present. Jim began their career as a Corporate Actions Specialist at Investors Bank & Trust, where they worked from June 1996 to June 1998. Jim then moved on to John Hancock, where they held roles as an Operations employee from June 1998 to January 2000 and as a Programmer from January 2000 to March 2001. In 2001, they joined Boston Partners Global Investors, Inc. as a Programmer, staying in that role until January 2006 when they became a System Manager. Jim held this position until September 2008 when they were promoted to the role of Chief Information Officer, a role they continue to hold.
Jim Condon attended the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting. Jim then went on to study at Bentley University's McCallum Graduate School of Business from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Master of Science in Information Technology (MSIT) with a focus on Information Technology. In 2000, Jim Condon briefly attended Northeastern University, although the degree and field of study for that period are unknown.
