Sam Prudovsky

Sam Prudovsky is a Customer Service Specialist at Boston SoftDesign Inc. since July 2021, responsible for analyzing failed messages from monitoring systems, diagnosing issues, and collaborating with team members and customers to create and manage tickets. Additionally, Sam is expanding knowledge in IT Solutions including Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Big Data. Prior to this role, Sam coached a group of 20 campers at ASA Hoops/Nike Basketball Camp from June 2018 to August 2021, focusing on improving their basketball skills through tailored drills. Sam is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, expected to graduate in May 2025, and holds a High School Diploma from Newton South High School, obtained in May 2021.
