Kristen Lang

Kristen Lang has extensive experience in sustainability and ESG investing, with their most recent role as Deputy Director of ESG Investing at Boston Trust Walden Company since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Ceres, Inc. for over 14 years in various roles, including Senior Program Director, Senior Director, Director, Senior Manager, Manager, and Associate within the Company Network. In these positions, Kristen provided strategic guidance to member companies in integrating sustainability into their core business systems and decision-making processes. Kristen also worked on sustainability strategy, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and building sustainable global supply chains.

Kristen Lang attended Dartmouth College from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Their major areas of study were Environmental Science and Government.
