Sophia Lee

Sophia Lee is a research coordinator for the All of Us Research Program at the Boston VA Research Institute, Inc. since April 2023. Prior to this role, Sophia worked as an analyst at CFAR: Consulting and Coaching from June 2021 to April 2023, focusing on uncovering and addressing organizational challenges within various sectors. Additional experience includes positions as a resident assistant at Swarthmore College from 2018 to May 2020, where wellness and community-building initiatives were promoted for upperclassmen residents, and as a research assistant at Boston College's Infant and Child Cognition Lab in the summer of 2019, contributing to studies on gender differences in children's math performance. At Swarthmore College, Sophia also served as an admissions worker, assisting with administrative tasks and program planning for prospective students. Sophia holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Asian Studies, and Educational Studies from Swarthmore College and graduated with a high school diploma from Westridge School.
