Dmitry Mingalev

Dmitry Mingalev has a range of diverse work experience in the HR and IT fields. Dmitry began their career in 2005 as a Web-master at a manufacturing company, where they worked until 2010. In 2007, Dmitry also worked as a QA at FB Consult for a year. Moving into the HR field, they joined KPG Resources in 2010 as a recruiter until 2013. Dmitry then joined KonsultantPlus as an HR Manager, from 2013 to 2017, before being promoted to Lead HR Manager until 2020. In December 2020, they joined BostonGene as a Senior IT Recruiter.

From 2005 to 2011, Dmitry Mingalev attended The All-Russia State Tax Academy, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
