Jim Woodward

Jim Woodward is a skilled Geographic Information Systems Specialist at Boswell Engineering, Inc., where tenure began in June 2013 as an Environmental Scientist focused on regulatory permits and environmental guidance in New Jersey. In 2017, Jim was promoted to GIS Analyst, managing GPS locations and database operations for the utility assets of twenty municipalities.
