Kalpana Mahapatro

Kalpana Mahapatro Siromani is an accomplished Art Director with extensive experience in art direction, concept art, and matte painting across various media, including VFX films, animation, and interactive content creation. Currently serving as an Art Director at BOT VFX since November 2022, Kalpana has contributed to significant projects such as "Ted," "Finger Nails," and "Foundation - Season 2." Prior experience at Anibrain from July 2017 to November 2022 involved leadership in concept art and design for numerous notable VFX films, including "Wednesday" and "Tetris." Earlier roles include Independent Content Designer at Storytel Sweden, Senior Color Styling Artist at BIG Animation, and a background artist in traditional animation. Kalpana holds a diploma in Animation Film Making from HEART ANIMATION ACADEMY and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Andhra University.
