Shaswati Chowdhury

Shaswati Chowdhury heads up BOT’s Department of Human Resources and Administration, where she efficiently manages complex situations and people issues with a smiling face.

Prior to her arrival at BOT, Chowdhury impacted the world of VFX as Head of Academics for India’s first institution for animation, VFX, and gaming. In this groundbreaking position, she set curriculum, conducted validation events, directed recruiting and training, and nurtured nearly 10,000 students who now work in the media industry in India and around the world.

Her interests, like her travel itineraries, cover a wide range of topics and places. She possesses high networking capabilities for tapping information and resources and specializes in international collaboration and negotiation. In addition, she has acted as Management Representative in ISO and Quality Assurance Audits for over a decade.
