Paul Vinsick

Paul Vinsick has over 30 years of work experience in operations management, scheduling, planning, inventory control, and purchasing. Paul began their career in 1988 as a Brandy Plant Scheduling Coordinator at E&J Gallo Winery, where they were responsible for scheduling 3 production lines, purchasing raw materials and packaging supplies, and managing raw material and finished goods inventory. In 2000, they moved to ConAgra as a Senior Inventory Control, coordinating the purchasing of raw materials and supplies, scheduling production to meet customer needs, and interfacing with Sales & Marketing to determine future production demands. In 2001, they became a Distribution Planner at Merle Norman Products, balancing inventories between two distribution warehouses, managing 3,000 SKU's, and interfacing with the Scheduling and Shipping Departments. In 2003, they took on the role of Master Scheduler & Inventory Control Supervisor at Do+Able Products, scheduling 5 production lines and managing inventories for 7 distribution warehouses, interfacing with Purchasing and Shipping/Receiving to ensure customer needs were met, and overseeing the inventory of 15,000 SKU's. In 2004, they moved to Mizkan Americas, Inc. as a Scheduling Manager, planning and establishing production schedule for 4 production lines totaling 450 SKU's, tracking production progress and expediting customer orders, and monitoring inventory levels. In 2007, they became the Planning Manager at JB San Fillippo & Sons (Fisher Nuts), scheduling production for 14 lines and planning production staffing for 200+ people, purchasing all raw and packaging materials, and handling all material issues and negotiated prices on purchased materials. In 2011, they joined Popchips as a Scheduling Manager, scheduling 6 productions lines at their location, scheduling 4 co-packers, and balancing inventory levels at 5 warehouses located throughout the US. Paul is currently the Operations Manager at Botanx, LLC since 2019.
