Emrah Harputlu

Emrah Harputlu is a seasoned professional in Occupational Health & Safety Management, currently serving as the Deputy Head of the Health & Safety, Environment and Quality Department at BOTAŞ since February 2013. With extensive experience as a Chief Safety Engineer and Safety Engineer, Emrah has led hazard identification and risk assessment teams, conducted site inspections, and developed safety policies and procedures. Previous roles include Graduate Research Assistant at the Mary Kay O'Connor Process Safety Center and a Technical Safety-Human Factors Intern at Wood (Mustang Engineering). Emrah holds a Master of Science in Oil and Gas Management from Coventry University, a Master's degree in Safety Engineering from Texas A&M University, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Gazi University.
