Heather Esposito

Heather Esposito currently serves as the VP of People Success at Botkeeper since August 2022. With extensive experience in human resources, Heather has held various roles, including Consultant at Philip Machine Co since June 2021, and has been a People Team Contractor at Progress for a brief period in 2021. Prior to these roles, Heather spent over seven years at Brightcove, advancing from HR Generalist to Senior Director of HR. Heather's career in human resources also includes positions at Eileen Fisher, GroupM, LaForce + Stevens, and Arnold Worldwide. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Fordham University, earned in 2007, and attended Portsmouth Abbey School from 1999 to 2003.
