Winnie Molefe

Winnie Molefe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Senior Underwriter for Specialised Lines at Botswana Insurance Company since March 2016. Winnie has also held the position of Underwriting Technician and participated in the Sanlam Emerging Leaders Development Programme in May 2019. Prior experience includes an internship at First Sun Alliance Insurance Brokers, where responsibilities encompassed portfolio renewals, business acquisition, and assistance with claim settlements across personal and commercial lines departments. Winnie holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Risk Management and Insurance from Ba Isago University, completed from 2011 to 2015, and furthered education at Milpark Business School in 2020.
