Maja Papic has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. maja started their career in 2000 as an International Brand Manager at Zepter International. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Brand Manager at Mantero Seta spa. maja then joined 7 For All Mankind as a Merchandising Manager for the EMEA region from 2007 to 2009. Following that, they worked at Dolce & Gabbana as the European Retail Merchandising Manager, responsible for managing the budget, coordinating buying campaigns, and analyzing competitors. Since 2013, Maja has been working at Bottega Veneta, where they have held various roles, including General Merchandising Manager for EMEA, Worldwide Senior Merchandising Manager, and currently, the Head of Retail Merchandising for Women & Men Leathergoods, Jewelry, and Licenses.
Maja Papic holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual and Communication Arts and Italian and Literature from Franklin College, which they completed from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, they completed a Masters degree in Fashion and Design Management at SDA Bocconi from 2003 to 2004. Maja also has additional certifications in Management of Fashion and Luxury Companies from Università Commerciale 'Luigi Bocconi' (obtained in 2017) and a Certificate of Achievement in Fashion and Sustainability from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London.
