Zach Vangaasbeek

Zach VanGaasbeek has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry, starting in 2009 at Mayacama Golf Club as a Sous Chef. Zach then worked at Mia Francesca Trattoria, where they initially served as a Sous Chef and later became an Executive Chef. At Francesca's Restaurant Group, Zach worked as a Corporate Chef. Currently, they hold various leadership positions at Bottleneck Management, including Regional Chef, Director of Culinary Operations, Vice President of Culinary Operations, and Vice President of Food and Beverage. Throughout their career, Zach has demonstrated their culinary skills, leadership abilities, and the ability to create and implement seasonal menus while maintaining cost efficiency.

Zach VanGaasbeek obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from The Culinary Institute of America from 2003 to 2006.
