Vinay Khosla

Vinay Khosla has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Vinay is currently the Head of Product, Data Analytics and Insights at Bottomline Technologies since September 2020. Previously, they served as the Interim Chief Product Officer at Space 3:2 from April 2020 to September 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of AVP Product at OYO UK from December 2019 to April 2020.

Between 2017 and 2019, Vinay worked as the Product Director for the ADAPT suite of products at REPL Group. Vinay was responsible for the development and implementation of ADAPT Forecast, a machine learning-based forecasting tool.

Before that, Vinay worked at HaraKata Digital Innovation from 2013 to 2017, where they held the roles of Product Strategist and Founder. Vinay provided guidance and coaching to founders and senior business leaders, focusing on growth strategies and organizational culture. At the same time, they also founded their own start-up, assisting other start-ups with technology options and decision-making.

Earlier in their career, Vinay served as Client Delivery Director at ServiceSource from 2012 to 2013. Vinay co-founded GivingForce Limited in 2010 and held the position of Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer. In this role, they developed and managed a web-based employee giving service.

From 2007 to 2009, Vinay worked as a Director at MicroEdge Limited, a provider of grants management and employee giving software solutions. Prior to that, they co-founded Vivid Orange Limited in 2002 and served as the Chief Product Officer. Vivid Orange provided the Smartchange Solution, a self-service employee giving platform.

Vinay began their career at Accenture (previously Andersen Consulting) as a Manager from 1999 to 2001. Overall, Vinay has demonstrated expertise in product management, entrepreneurship, and business leadership across various industries.

Vinay Khosla earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Information Systems Design from Kingston University between 1988 and 1992.
