Pierre Lheureux is an experienced entrepreneur and business manager in the food and beverage industry, currently managing Boulangerie Ange, the leading bakery in Burgundy Franche-Comté since December 2016. Previously, Pierre held various roles, including overseeing a successful F&B outlet for La Mie Câline, where an annual turnover of $1 million was achieved. Additional experience includes financial auditing at KPMG Audit for major international groups, and strategic analysis at Accor in the Corporate Strategy & Development Department. Pierre's career began with an internship in corporate banking at CIC. Pierre holds an MBA in Finance from ESSEC Business School.
