Jadin Bragg

Jadin has been with Boulay since 1997 and was named partner in 2006. He provides audit, tax and business consulting services to clients in a wide range of industries including renewable energy, professional services, manufacturing, retail, distribution, nonprofit and wine production. Jadin plans, conducts, and manages audits and other financial reporting engagements for clients, and he advises clients of technological solutions to promote efficiency in their daily operations. Jadin is involved in the firm’s Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Practice and advises management concerning SEC regulations and reporting requirements. He assists private and publicly held companies with stock offerings, stock registration statements, acquisitions and divestitures of subsidiaries, pro-forma financial information, and compliance with various SEC filing requirements. Jadin drives technological advancement within the firm, and he recruits and interviews accounting and technical staff.
