Zara Lobrin

Zara Lobrin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service operations and voice services management within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Head of Service Operations at Bounce since July 2022, Zara previously held various significant roles at InterContinental Hotels Group from 2005 to 2022, including Delivery Manager - Sales and Service and IHG Voice Services Manager for the AMEA, Europe, and Greater China regions. Zara has been instrumental in managing large-scale operational initiatives, ensuring excellent service delivery, and driving revenue growth through strategic voice product utilization. An effective leader, Zara has overseen teams and optimized channel performance while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and delivering on business objectives. Educationally, Zara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from the University of Santo Tomas.
