Erik Gillet

Erik Gillet has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Erik is currently the Group CEO at the Boundaryless Group, where they provide innovative solutions and expert resources for companies looking to improve performance. Prior to this, they served as the Country Head Switzerland at Trestle Group, an international consulting firm.

Before joining Trestle Group, Erik worked at Essilor Group as the Business Improvement Director & Global RPA Lead. In this role, they worked with CxOs across the Group to redesign and restructure organizations for improved effectiveness and cost efficiency. Erik also led the Group's Robotic & Intelligent Process Automation initiatives.

Erik Gillet received a Master of Science degree in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, completing their studies from 1989 to 1994.
