Rachel Woockman

Rachel Woockman is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and operations, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Scooter's Coffee since December 2019. Rachel has held various roles within Scooter's Coffee, including Talent Acquisition Specialist, Field Training Specialist, District Manager, and Transition Support Specialist. Prior to that, Rachel was the Director of Operations at Crane Coffee and a Store Manager, building a strong foundation in management. Rachel's career began at Scooter's Coffee as a Barista and Manager, and included an HR internship at the Nebraska Department of Labor. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Restaurant and Tourism Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a minor in Business and Leadership/Communication.
