Elizabeth Hagearty

Elizabeth Hagearty has held various roles in the past six years. Elizabeth began their career in 2015 as a Customer Service Representative at Le James McGill University Bookstore. In 2016, they became a Classroom Monitor and English Language Mentor at McGill University School of Continuing Studies, as well as a Volunteer for the International Community Action Network's Syrian Initiative. In 2017, they were a Head Editor of the Middle Eastern Studies Section of McGill University's Theirtorical Discourses Journal, a Volunteer for Humanitarian Family Aid, and a Marketing and Communications Intern and Social Media Specialist and Video Editor for Canadians for Justice & Peace in the Middle East (CJPME / CJPMO). In 2018, they were a Documentation Specialist at CanadaVisa.com - Campbell Cohen Canadian Immigration Law Firm, and a Legal Assistant at Iadeluca & Iadeluca. In 2019, they were a Legal Assistant at Plauché & Carr LLP. Most recently, in 2020, they have been a Marketing Copywriter, Sales Content Coordinator, and Customer Communication Specialist at Boundless Immigration.

Elizabeth Hagearty attended McGill University from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with an Honors Middle Eastern Studies Major, International Relations and Anthropology Minors. In 2017, they also attended the Qasid Arabic Institute's Summer Arabic Language Program and completed Modern Standard Arabic Level 3A.
