Michelle Lewis - Chartered McIpd

Michelle Lewis is a Chartered MCIPD professional with extensive experience in human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at BCP Council since May 2015, Michelle also holds the position of HR Advisor at Bournemouth Borough Council, starting in June 2016. Prior to these roles, Michelle worked at Kier Group and Beagle Aerospace (now Beagle Technology Group) as an HR Advisor and HR Manager, respectively. Additional experience includes positions as an HR Consultant at Atkins and HR Advisor roles at Jacobs Engineering and KBR, Inc. Michelle obtained a degree from Kingston University.
